Engineering PPO Plastic Sheet ,full name Polyphenylene oxiole ,which is one of the world's five largest general engineering plastics. PPO Plastic Sheet has the advantages of high rigidity, high heat resistance, hard combustion, high performance of high strength, wear-resisting, non-toxic, and anti-pollution. PPO 's dielectric constant and dielectric loss are one of the smallest varieties in engineering plastics. PPO Plastic Sheet is almost impervious to temperature and humidity and can be used in low, medium and high frequency field. PPO load deformation temperature can reach 190 ℃ above, brittle temperature to - 170 ℃.

Vantagens:

1. Good overall performance, good electrical insulation and small suction

2. Excellent electrical insulation and water resistance, good dimensional stability.

3. The modified material made by MPPO for PPO and HIPS

4. High heat resistance.

5. Good flame retardant, self-extinguishing, with middle flammability after mixing with HIPS.

6. It can be combined with ABS,HDPE,PPS,PA, HIPS, glass fiber, etc.

Desvantagens:

1. Non-crystalline material, absorbent small

2. Poor fluidity, which is very easy to decompose for similar Newtonian fluids.

3. The water absorption rate is very low

4. The forming temperature of polyphenyl ether was 280-330 degrees, and the forming temperature of modified polyphenylene ether was 260-285 degrees.
